| I know I mentioned this in another thread, but I dunno how many people will read that. So I thought I'd start a topic and try and get my views to more people.
Michael Worrincy is big, fast, strong and knows his way to the try line.
With a little extra coaching (additional stamina training, kick returns etc) he could be a new monster winger for Bradford. He's got a lot of the attributes that Karl Pryce had but with the added benefit that he's not a soft, lazy crybaby

I don't get it
If the move is successful it might be a boon to England as well given our lack of wingers at international level

| He has the potential to be a good winger, but we eould have to see how he is under the high ball and also his defence would need much improvement.

Yeah he does. Rob is a winger.
IMO Mike Worrincy isn't good enough, regardless of position. I will be disappointed if I hear he's signed a contract extension this year.

| fair Shout, he certainly has the pace and power to cause problems in that position, but as stated above we need to see how he'd cope with the high ball and would take a while to get used to the positional side of defending as a winger..
Maybe a run-out in a couple of pre-season games would answer the questions?

| In answer to the question.. no I don't think Worrincy would make good winger but, I don't see any harm in giving him a chance there, tbh I think he'll struggle to get a regular spot in the second row.

| I don't think he would. Yeah he has the size and speed but it would take ages for him to get the positional sense.
It would be like saying we could have converted Les to a prop. Yeah it's possible but very unlikely.
Few players have the ability to make the change to a quality outside back from the pack.
Look at Medley - had the pace etc, but he wasn't a winger in a million years. Although it was funny on occassion.

| What a thought Worrincy on the wing and Platt at centre, winning combination for the opposition!

| I think it shows the lack of quality wing options we have when people are even considering this!
